Note that this does not mean that development of the Simulation Construction Set has halted. In fact, it is actively used on many of our projects and those of our collaborators, particularly the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition. Simulation Construction Set Version 100505. (Copy and unzip. This will create the directory 100505_SimulationConstructionSet. Refer to the user's manual for how to install the Java .jar files and how to run the example simulations.)
